VP, Production and Development


Shani Geva is Vice President of Production and Development at Archer Gray. She currently manages the Archer Gray development and production slate in all phases of development, production and post- production. She joined Archer Gray in 2013 with Archer Gray’s President of Production Anne Carey, with whom she has had the privilege of supporting filmmakers such as Marielle Heller, Nicole Holofcener, Bill Condon and Mike Mills. She most recently produced the upcoming feature THE STRANGE ONES, based on the award winning short, written and directed by Lauren Wolkstein and Christopher Radcliff. 

Prior to working at Archer Gray, Shani was a Creative Executive at Epoch Films, an award winning television, commercial and film production company, where she was involved in all stages of development and production of film and TV projects. Prior to working at Epoch Films, she was an Executive at This is That, the iconic NY based independent film production company founded by producers Anne Carey, Ted Hope and Anthony Bregman. At This is that, Shani was involved in the production of Greg Mottola’s “Adventureland" and Anton Corbijn's "The American”. 

Shani started her career in the film industry as an intern at Sony Pictures Classics, the art-house film division of Sony Pictures Entertainment. She is a graduate of the New School University in New York, where she received a BA in Liberal Arts. Before moving to NY she served as a combat medic in the Israeli Defense Force.
