The Bubble Foundation brings nutrition and wellness education to the schools and communities that need it most. Established in 2010, the Bubble Foundation began as a small organization seeking to make a significant difference in one school in the South Bronx. Since then, Bubble’s reach has grown exponentially to include a community of 19 schools across New York City. From hands-on cooking to busting a yoga move, Bubble programs equip kids and parents with the knowledge and tools to live happy and healthy lives.

A unique collaboration between the Made in NY business initiative, celebrating entrepreneurial innovation and content creation in New York City, and the Independent Filmmaker Project, the nation’s oldest and largest organization of independent filmmakers, the Media Center is a new kind of co-working space and exhibition venue designed to connect and incubate the next generation of artists and creators.
Sundance Institute Women Filmmakers Initiative
In our digital age, society is increasingly shaped by the stories told with moving images. The stories that frame our lives must be expanded to include female perspectives. The Sundance Institute is working to foster gender equality in American independent cinema by supporting women filmmakers to create and find audiences for their work, and to grow and sustain their careers.
